SHIPPING
orders placed by 12 noon MST monday thru friday will ship within 2-3 business days via united states postal service priority mail. orders placed by 12 noon MST monday thru friday, when selecting other shipping methods (i.e. ups or express), will ship that same business day. orders placed after 12 noon MST will ship the following business day.

shipping cost of any returns or exchanges are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer, unless the merchandise is being returned because the order was incorrectly filled by or the merchandise is defective.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

1. all claims for credit, shortages and/or damages must be placed within ten days of receipt of merchandise. merchandise returned more than 30 days after the order date can be returned for store credit only.

2. the sales manager must authorize all returns or exchanges. e-mail returns or call 435-652-5188.

3. you must reference your order number, why you are returning the merchandise and whether you are requesting a refund, exchange or store credit.

4. all returned merchandise must be received by grün in saleable condition, unless the merchandise is found to be defective.

5. any refund or credit for exchange will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase.

5. any form of reimbursement is consistent with the original method of payment.
